Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update.
WRONG ADDRESS:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 business days to process your orders. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch. After that, it will take 7-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.

SHIPPING NOTE:
Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days and arrive in 7-12 business days* in the US, CA, GB, AU, NZ, and EU(DE, FR, IT, AT). Delivery times may vary if you’re outside these countries and may differ based on your countries customs processing times. The timeframe provided excludes customs delays. We do not control customs fees or policies and our free shipping does not cover these fees.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure to enter correct and precise details such as email and shipping address upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that has been hold by local post because of incorrect address and of the same reason.
In the event that the packaging of the product is damaged due to uncontrollable factors during transportation, customers are encouraged to contact us for resolution. For such cases, we are prepared to offer a partial refund of up to 30% as compensation. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the packaging upon receipt of the product. If any damage is observed, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide relevant photos for our verification. We will expedite the resolution process and assist customers in ensuring a satisfactory outcome. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*If a product has not been shipped within 15 business days of ordering we will issue a full refund.
WILL I BE TAXED?
Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.
MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you. Please contact us ASAP so we can help. Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.
